John has held partnerships with major UK and US law firms in London for the last 15 years. His clients have included a number of UK, Middle Eastern and US-based global companies looking for ways to invest and operate successfully in Europe. He has also counselled a number of small and medium-sized businesses that share many of the same general objectives as global businesses but have different resources, opportunities, approaches and constraints. 

Beyond London’s pre-eminence as a place to locate and transact European business, the expanding role of European Union oversight and regulation has placed a premium on knowing how to satisfy its often complicated requirements.
